Baby Bok Choy, ginger, pear and almond pair in this quick and easy smoothie

Serves 2-4


Ingredients

  • 2 Jade Baby Bok Choy or Baby Shanghai Bok Choy, chopped
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 pear
  • ΒΌ cup almonds

Directions

Place Bok Choy and soy milk in blender and blend until smooth.

Add ginger, pear and almonds. Blend until smoothie and serve.
