A refreshing kale strawberry lemonade treat great for those summer KALEfornia days!
Serves 18
Bottom Layer
2 Cups Lemonade
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
Top Layer
4 Cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale
2 Cups Lemonade
In a blender, add lemonade and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth, fill popsicle molds 2/3 full and freeze.
For the top layer, add kale and lemonade into a blender and blend until smooth. Fill with the blended kale lemonade and freeze.
Note: depending on your popsicle mold, you may need to insert the popsicle stick during the first layer or wait until adding the second layer where you may need to use a small knife to carve out an area to insert the popsicle stick.
Recipe makes 18- 3 fluid ounce popsicles.
