A fruit and veggie bowl featuring nutritious kale, baby Shanghai bok choy and dragon fruit.
Serves 1-2
Add Kale and Shanghai Bok Choy to blender and blend with coconut water until smooth. Add Pitaya Pack, Mango, Pineapple, 1 ½ cups of Strawberries, Chia Seeds and almonds. Blend till smooth.
Top with remainder of fresh strawberries, bananas and your favorite granola.
