This flavorful blend of kale, chard, mustard and turnip greens paired with Italian sausage and tomato sauce in a delicious pasta dish.
Serves 4-6
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook sausage. Remove sausage from pot, cool and slice on the bias. Use the same water to cook your pasta based on the cooking instructions on the package.
In a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, add oil. Add sliced sausage and brown. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, fold in Euro Greens and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss pasta with sauce. Garnish with fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
